•How you can get closer to Allah on period days.

-Morning and evening azkar
-Listen to the recitation of a surah you know, understand, and reflect on the meaning.
-Listen to a lecture(about Allah, seerah, etc)
-Read an Islamic book.
-Expect a reward from Allah for the discomfort you feel.

-It could be a salah checker, think about the days before period, how was your salah? What do you need to improve on?
-A time to think about your sins and seek Allah’s forgiveness and turn to Allah in repentance.

and ya Rabb, especially forgive me for the sins that are preventing me from getting closer to You

Pray Tahajjud. It is Allah ﷻ who puts barakah and restfulness in your sleep so don’t worry about how much you’ll sleep, Allah ﷻ will nourish you.

Islam can make a woman so strong that she no longer strives to be noticed by men, no longer needs the admiring gaze to feel attractive and no longer puts herself on display even though the entire world is doing just that. Women that strive in the way of Allah are the most beautiful women on this planet.

When you say Astagfirullah you are asking for 2 things:

  • Firstly, that He conceals the sin.
  • Secondly, that He overlooks the sin, so He does not punish by way of it.
